I always keep mine full of heavy liquor so it won't tip over so heavy.
That last scare taught me a lesson for sure!
I LOVE this cartoon, very funny ... reminds me of something Homer Simpson would do (of course, most nuclear reactors don't also have missiles, so Homer wouldn't cause quite as much damage).
actually that's pretty good. both the graphics and the quip. :-D
